One option would be to create a tiered program with a different rewards given as each tier level is acheived.

The most popular choice is to do a flat repeating reward. For Example, $1 = 10 points. Your customer earns 1,000 points (by spending $100), then they get a $10 reward on their next visit- which is now likely to be sooner!

It’s always a good idea to set up a bonus reward for signing up plus another bonus offer for referring friends using the built in referral program.  Once they have your card, you can send out unlimited promotional offers  that load right onto the card for easy redemption.
